Subprocessors
Third parties that process data on our behalf.

TheInvestorNet uses the subprocessors below to operate the service. We update this page before adding a new subprocessor. For a contractual notice period, contact legal@theinvestornet.com.
Infrastructure
Cloudflare, Inc.: application runtime (Workers), database (D1), object storage (R2), and network delivery for the entire platform. Processes all workspace data. Trust hub: cloudflare.com/trust-hub.
DigitalOcean, LLC: managed PostgreSQL (with pgvector) for embeddings, dossiers, and ingested market data, accessed through Cloudflare Hyperdrive.
AI & data providers
OpenAI, L.L.C.: model inference for the copilot, dossiers, and memos. OpenAI does not train on API data. Inputs are limited to what a feature needs.
IPOGrid and Polygon.io: licensed SEC-filing, pre-IPO, and public-market data used for research.
Communications
Amazon Web Services (SES): inbound deal-email capture and outbound transactional/LP email (US region).
Slack Technologies: optional workspace alerts and the deal bot, when you install it.
